A while back we had to be picked up twice daily as during peak milk production our vat was a bit small so Reid came and had a look to see if we could fit a bigger one in our milk room and it turns out we could.
Today he is switching them over so we can have the extra 2000l space for next season but also allows me to go on skip a day pick up which is way better!
The Bovonic Mastitis detectors are earning their keep at the moment and I'm really impressed with the cows its picking up, I've found 3 or 4 staph cows in the last couple of weeks which is amazing as its high contagious so to stop the spread of that it crucial!
