Stephen has been to visit dairy farmer Ian Pye of Old Holly in Lancashire. Ian is an Organic farmer who is benefiting from a high milk price when compared to non-organic dairy farms in the area. The lack of fodder in the southwest caused by last years very hot summer has created a shortfall across the UK. Ian had more rain last year than those in the south and is now benefiting from the silage cut last back end.
