There has been much speculation recently about the future of the farm. In this video I go through the background, when my father started it, size and our 10 year plan which includes a change of direction with redundancies and plans to sell some machinery to reduce the overdraft, so this is a complete restructure.

Look out for part 2 in January where i introduce the neighbouring farm i am going to be working with, their staff and machinery. Part 3 will be in March where i'll go through each machine i'll be selling.
