WHATS IN THIS UPDATE:

I am well into restructuring the Farm now and in this video I introduced the new team who we’re going to be working with and who is going to be providing the labour and machinery and many other things in helping to run the farm. I chat to James and Michael Porter about their own Farm and their thoughts on Farming in general and their late father Graham who was a hugely respected farmer and businessman in Lincolnshire. James manages the 24 shed poultry side of the business and Michael manages the 4,000 acres of arable, our 1,000 acres will take their total farm size to 5,000 acres. We touch a little bit on their machinery, but that will be in far more detail next week.
