In this update I’m asked to speak at a protest on foot in Melton Mowbray, Rutland, the birthplace of e of Stilton cheese and the Pork pie.

I’m also coming through London after a meeting with Daniel Zeichner, Defra number 2 and speaking to a farmer discussion group in Kent. After a train is cancelled which means I miss a connecting one back to Lincs, I spend the day in London at the mass tractor rally where 500 tractors converge in central London to show the government we mean business.
