Because there's nothing like a REAL look at life on the farm -- complete with screaming, crying children!

This is a live video of cooking sap down into syrup while also basting my pork butt roast with syrup while it smoked!

If you were hoping for syrup, we still did NOT get any :( I started the live stream hoping to show you guys but it still didn't push through (but it's VERY close!). Instead, you get me feeding a raging firemonster more wood, and our 4-year old screaming through much of the video.

And guess what? You can now read all the comments!

Next Live Stream cook will be SUNDAY, and I won't start streaming until my temp is at 218 - so that way it will only be a short while before syrup . . . . I hope!
