We had no choice but to HOLD OUR BREATH.
Our house is custom engineered and designed, which made it a PAIN to build correctly. But IS it built CORRECTLY? With the builder not even sure himself, all we can do is press on with more projects!
We get to work battling 70lb massive drywall sheets and FIGHTING TO LIFT THEM 22ft in the air . . . but when the drywall lift doesn't get it all the way up, HOW do you LIFT IT?

Subscribe and follow along as we build our DREAM HOME after 10 long years of saving and waiting! It's a barndominium hybrid style house, so it's stick-built and on a basement because here in Michigan we get a LOT of tornadoes!
Due to a strict 2 year completion time-frame imposed by our local officials, we only have TWO YEARS to complete this.
To ensure we are done on time, we decided to have the mammoth shell installed by a Building Company while we finish off the insides ourself. This allows us to save about half of the cost of building AND be able to implement some amazing design ideas!
