Today we’re taking you behind the scenes of potato planting here on Rocky Mountain Farmer! 🌱🥔

It all starts in the potato cellar, where we load our cut seed potatoes into trucks and haul them out to the field. From there, I’ll show you exactly how our air cup potato planters work—how they use suction to pick up each seed potato, drop it perfectly in the row, and plant every seed 12 inches apart and 6 inches deep.
