Potato harvest is moving right along, but as we fill one cellar, it's time to move everything to the next one! 🥔 Day 4 brings a nearly full cellar, plenty of good-looking spuds, and a few equipment breakdowns that keep us on our toes. After moving all the conveyors and getting the new cellar set up, we finally get potatoes rolling again. But the day isn't over yet!

With potato harvest continuing, we're also getting the ground ready for fall wheat. That means firing up the chisel plow and working through the potato fields so we can get the wheat planted before the deadline. Between broken rollers, chains, moving equipment, and working into the sunset, there's never a dull moment on the farm.
