Day 6 of potato harvest in Idaho, and things are moving FAST! 🥔 We’re nearly filling another potato cellar with some incredible-looking Russet Norkotah potatoes, and the harvest crew is keeping everything rolling.

In today’s video, I’m finishing up fieldwork with the Lemken Karat 10 chisel plow to get another field ready for winter wheat, checking out the potato harvest, and helping pull a fully loaded water truck out of the mud with my Yankum Ropes kinetic recovery rope! We also get the conveyors moved over to the next cellar, and I take the drone out to capture an incredible Idaho sunset over the farm.

We’ve got a lot of potatoes to get harvested, a lot of ground to work, and plenty of long days ahead. Hopefully, this year’s potato market treats us better than last year!
