In today’s video, we’re wrapping up the final steps before potato harvest kicks off. It’s been a busy time on the farm as we’ve been moving the rest of our equipment over to the cellar and getting it all hooked up and ready to go. Along with the new Spudnik cellar equipment we’ve recently added, everything is now connected and running smoothly. It took a bit of effort, but we’ve completed all the last-minute maintenance and checks, making sure everything is dialed in and prepared for the busy weeks ahead. From moving machinery into place to testing the full setup, we’re now ready to start harvesting potatoes. We’ll show you how we moved everything over, got it all operational, and give you a behind-the-scenes look at the final touches before we start digging.
