Wheat Harvest Day 7 is officially in the books!

Today was another long day in the combine, but thankfully we made it through without any major breakdowns. We started the morning by cleaning out a plugged radiator and AC condenser, then headed back into the field to keep pushing through wheat harvest.

We ran into a few challenges along the way, including a baler stacker that still isn't working, a combine that may have some rotor bearing vibration, tricky hand lines around the irrigation pivot, and some surprisingly low-yielding wheat.

But there were some big wins too! We were able to push the combine up to around 4 MPH in some areas, and one of the fields actually yielded much better than expected despite having terrible germination.

And then we ended the day with one of the most incredible Idaho sunsets I've seen from inside the combine.
