Well... We're Back at the Wash Plant Again 😩
Things didn’t go as planned this year. We had to fire up the old potato wash plant after a cellar full of spuds started to rot… again. After moving the potatoes once and storing them in a non-refrigerated cellar, they sat way too long, and now we’re left trying to save what we can.

In this episode, we test the wash plant, deal with overloaded belts, muddy water, plugged nozzles, and even have to rig up a pump system from a ditch just to keep things running. It’s hot, it’s messy, and it smells awful—but there are still a lot of good potatoes we’re trying to salvage.

Come along as we fight through the chaos, get the equipment running, and try to keep these potatoes from going to waste.
